As a Korean American, my journey into the world of beauty and skincare began during my teenage years, sparked by my own struggles with severe acne. Those formative experiences instilled in me a deep passion for understanding skin health and a desire to help others navigate their own skincare challenges.

With a strong foundation in Korean skincare principles and an education rooted in the United States, I bring a unique perspective to the art and science of skincare. Today, I am the proud owner of Hello Skin, a luxury medical spa in Hoboken, NJ, where I combine my expertise with my mission to educate and empower clients. At Hello Skin, we embrace a holistic approach to skincare, blending the best of Western and Korean techniques to deliver transformative results.

I believe that skincare is not just about treatments—it's about education. My goal is to provide our clients with the knowledge and tools they need to care for their skin confidently, both in and outside of the spa. Through personalized consultations and cutting-edge services, I strive to make each client’s journey to healthy, glowing skin as fulfilling and effective as possible.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am also a proud mother to three young daughters. I find immense joy in instilling good habits in them, teaching the value of self-care, confidence, discipline, and good skincare habits from an early age.

As the Lead Aesthetic Injector at Hello Skin Med Spa, Jacky specializes in delivering a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs. Her extensive experience as a board-certified Physician Associate includes performing neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, PDO thread lifts, and PRP injections for under-eye rejuvenation and hair restoration. She also conducts radio-frequency micro-needling, acne consultations, and scar treatments, providing comprehensive solutions to help patients achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes. Additionally, Jacky offers expert Semaglutide consultations, guiding clients through the process of weight management with this innovative treatment.

A key contributor to the spa’s growth, Jacky introduced cutting-edge Korean aesthetics to our offerings, including PDRN (polynucleotide) skin boosters and the Titanium lifting laser. These innovative treatments have significantly enhanced the clinic’s service menu and improved client satisfaction, setting us apart in the competitive med spa industry. With a focus on personalized care, patient education, and staying ahead of emerging trends, Jacky is committed to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals with the most effective and safe treatments available.

With over 10 years of experience in the skincare industry, Eddie is a passionate and dedicated aesthetician committed to helping clients look and feel their best. Specializing in Acne prone skin, customized facials, advanced skincare treatments, and skincare consultations, Eddie combines expert knowledge with a personalized approach to enhance each client’s natural beauty.

Having personally navigated her own skin challenges, Caitlin’s passion for skincare led her to the Medspa industry. She has taken the time to educate herself on a wide range of skin conditions and treatments, allowing her to assist guests with the same care and understanding she once sought.
